Sierra Leone

This partnership holds exciting possibilities for the spreading of the Gospel. Our partners are committed to taking the Gospel to the far-reaching, isolated areas of this region that have not heard the great story of Jesus. They hike miles and miles into villages that have no roads or bridges in order to share the love of God.

What we’ve accomplished:

Our ministry partners in Sierra Leone partnered with us to sponsor a community outreach event called Rescue the Perishing led by Pastor Davies (pictured above in white). We got reports that "the dry rations of food were given and the love of the gospel was presented to 120 families."

What’s on the horizon:

1.

Establish sewing centers: The first sustainable development project was in Pakistan where two Sewing Centers were established for Christian women to acquire a means of self support.  The Sewing Centers in Sierra Leone will serve the women who have limited ability to become employed. The hope of one woman can bring hope to an entire village. The sewing centers are a means to train in a vocational skill as well as serve as a vehicle for discipleship. The sewing center should be self-sustained in 3  to 5 years.

2.

The Jesus Film Project: Our partners in Sierra Leone have been using the Jesus film to share Jesus in remote parts of the country for many years. They have several teams trained and ready to continue this vital outreach to thousands who have not heard the Gospel.

3.

Motorbikes for missionaries and pastors: Providing motorbikes to Gospel workers on the ground throughout Sierra Leone has proved to be an invaluable tool for expanding and increasing the efficiency of ministry.

4.

Provide discipleship training resources
